Shrey Wealth (ARN-255332), a Partnership Firm, is committed to the privacy, confidentiality and security of personal information collected from investors, employees and visitors, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), the IT Act 2000, SEBI Master Circulars and AMFI Data-Sharing Principles (AMFI Master Circular for MFDs, 14-January-2026).
Information We Collect
Personal: name, address, date of birth, PAN, Aadhaar (for KYC), contact details, bank details, nomination and investment preferences. Financial: income range, net worth, existing investments, risk-profile responses, horizon, goals and transaction history. KYC documents: PAN, Aadhaar, address proof, photograph, bank proof, FATCA/CRS and UBO details. Technical: IP address, browser, device and cookies. We do not collect religion, caste, political affiliation or any data not required for distribution and compliance.
Purpose
Data is used strictly to process MF/SIF/PMS transactions; complete KYC and SEBI/AMFI/PMLA obligations; conduct risk profiling and suitability; send confirmations, statements and service communications; respond to queries and complaints; meet regulatory reporting; and improve website experience.
Data Sharing
We share data only as necessary: with AMCs and RTAs (CAMS, KFintech) and Portfolio Managers for transactions; with SEBI/AMFI on official request; with auditors during compliance audits; with KRAs/CKYC for verification; with the BSE STAR MF platform; and with Investwell (MINT) back-office. Any other sharing happens only with your explicit written consent. We do not sell, rent or share your data with marketing or advertising agencies.
Storage, Security & Retention
Digital records are encrypted with access controls; physical documents are kept in locked cabinets at our Anand office. Employees sign confidentiality undertakings. KYC and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 5 years from transaction date or end of relationship, whichever is later, then securely destroyed with a disposal log.
Your Rights Under DPDPA 2023
You may access your data; request correction; request erasure (subject to regulatory retention); withdraw consent (which may affect our ability to serve you); and lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India. To exercise these rights, write to hardik@shreywealth.in.
