• Receive fair, transparent and non-discriminatory treatment from the distributor.
• Obtain complete, accurate and timely information about mutual fund schemes, SIF products and PMS products before investing.
• Receive timely processing of purchases, redemptions, switches and SIP registrations.
• Access account statements, transaction confirmations and portfolio reports.
• File complaints and receive timely resolution through the grievance mechanism.
• Access SEBI SCORES and SMART ODR for unresolved grievances.
• Receive disclosure of commissions and other incentives earned by the distributor.

Responsibilities of Investors

• Read all scheme documents (SID, SAI, KIM) carefully before investing.
• Provide accurate, complete information during KYC and onboarding.
• Assess your own risk tolerance and horizon before investing.
• Keep KYC, nomination and contact details updated.
• Monitor investments periodically and attend portfolio reviews.
• Report grievances promptly with relevant details and documents.
• Do not rely solely on past performance when investing.

• Act in investors' best interest and maintain high professional standards.
• Provide suitable scheme recommendations based on risk profile, goals and horizon.
• Disclose all material information, including commissions earned.
• Maintain confidentiality of investor data per DPDPA 2023.
• Process transactions accurately and on time.
• Maintain a robust grievance mechanism with defined timelines.
• Comply with all applicable SEBI, AMFI and other regulatory requirements.
