How to File a Complaint

Email hardik@shreywealth.in with subject "Investor Complaint — [Your Name]"; call 9825800245 (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM); visit our office; or send a written complaint by post. Please include your name (per PAN/KYC), PAN, folio & scheme, date of incident, a description, supporting documents, contact details, and the segment (MF/SIF/PMS).

5-Step Resolution Process

  1. Receive & Log — complaint logged with a unique reference (e.g., SW-CMP-001). Day 0.
  2. Acknowledge — written acknowledgement within 3 working days, with reference number and handler.
  3. Investigate — review BSE STAR MF, MINT back-office, and AMC/RTA records; identify root cause. Day 3–10.
  4. Resolve & Communicate — resolution within 15 working days with findings and corrective action; if AMC action is pending, the investor is updated until closure.
  5. Close & Record — closed after investor confirmation; records retained for a minimum of 5 years.
